  • Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 1:00-4:00pm - report to the Elaine Langone Center 207, 2nd Floor
  • Friday, August 17, 2012 from 8:00am-12:00pm - report directly to your building

Fall Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 5:00pm on Friday, October 5, 2012
  • Residence Halls will re-open at Noon on Tuesday, October 9, 2012

Thanksgiving Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 10:00am on Wednesday, November 21, 2012
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Sunday, November 25, 2012
  • End of Semester Room Change Forms Available on Monday, November 26, 2012

Winter Break Closing†

  • Residence Halls will close at Noon on Friday, December 14, 2012
  • End of Semester Room changes occur on Saturday, December 15, 2012
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Saturday, January 12, 2013

Spring Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 5:00pm on Friday, March 8, 2013
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Sunday, March 17, 2013

End of Semester Closing

  • The residence halls will close at Noon on Friday, May 10, 2013 . All students who are not graduating are expected to vacate their rooms by this time.
  • Students that are staying for summer programs must be pre-registered and must move to temporary housing by Sunday, May 12, 2013. (Keys will be available starting at 2:00pm on May 10th.)
  • All students required to stay due to Commencement activities must vacate their rooms by 8:00pm on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Graduating Seniors may register to remain in their room through Sunday evening, and those requesting to do so must vacate their rooms by 10:00am on Monday, May 20, 2013.

** All students are permitted to stay in their rooms during the break, but are required to register with Housing Services.
Only those students who have been approved by Housing Services are permitted to stay in the halls during the break (sport teams, academic requirements, international students, etc.).
